We love this bubble and squeak and regularly have it with meat and corn fritters for dinner. Great value for money and only takes 25 mins in the oven. My daughter has one for breakfast with sausages. We always make sure we have some in the freezer. Only con is that they are popular so Aldi can sometimes be out of them.

Delicious mashed potato & veggie patties from Aldi. These are great value & very easy to cook. Just fry them up & pop a fried egg on top. Yum!
