I use spring onions in a few dishes, and they provide a more delicate taste than bigger onions and in my opinion look better in a dish. The only downside is that they can be a bit fiddly to peel.

Love this spring onions. It is fresh and comes with a large brunch. I would chop it into small pieces and keep in the fridge. It normally can be kept for 1 week.
