I got this for my daughter to have for afternoon snack. this is easy for her to eat without spilling. I find that it gives her some calcium and she enjoys the flavour of this one. it is a good size for smaller children as she doesn’t tend to waste much of this one.

love these yogurts! fairly clean ingredients list, taste yummy, great size and convenient packaging. if they are due to expire I just freeze them, cut the top off and it’s the perfect size portion for my smoothies.
