Scotch finger biscuits can be snapped in half and can also be dipped in tea it's not healthy but you can I would say 3 each day.

These finger scotch biscuits are so good. They have a nice scotch flavour and a nice crunch. That are halal and you can find them at your local Aldi for a very cheap price.
