Tuna makes an cheap, easy and nutritious snack or lunch. It’s high in protein which keeps me full for longer and I love that these come in 185g cans because I do find the small 95g cans insufficient. I love adding a bit of Greek yogurt, mustard and minced garlic to a tuna salad, or adding a bit of light mayo and cheese for a quick and easy tuna melt sandwich.

Canned tuna is always good for a quick meal. I try to but at Aldi just because it's cheaper than other supermarkets and you cannot tell the difference in taste!

Portview tuna in oil is great tasting. It is not too oily and the salt is well balanced. It is also a healthier option and very reasonably priced. The can is easy to open, no need for a cutter, and I use it in sandwiches or make quick tasty tuna curry.
