I love this tofu. Easy to use in whatever you make. I like to drain it then either cubes or tear off pieces, marinate in siy or tamari, some don't, maple, water, then either bake or pop into the airfreight & team in a salad bowl

Easy to cook in various ways. It is really firm so suitable for stir frying or deep frying tofu dishe.

I buy this for vegetarian partner. this is the cheapest and best quality. This is the firmest Tofu. I good deep fried tofu all the time. I highly recommend this tofu.
