I tried this vegan firm tofu and I really like it. The texture is firm and holds its shape well when cooking. It’s easy to slice and perfect for stir-frying or adding to salads and noodle dishes. The taste is mild, so it absorbs sauces and seasonings very well. It’s also high in protein and a great plant-based option for a healthy meal. The 450g pack is a good size and great value for money.
