Review of Hard 'ofu 450g

Earth Grown Hard Tofu from Aldi in a 450gm package is certified organic product. I purchased this item to add into some of my cook meals . I found it good to fry and is another source of protein for me .This product I used in my home made stir fried with colourfull vegetables and way a great way to eat this product ,With my salad I pan fried this tofu and was a great choice for my meal .
