Healthy, tasty and versatile. I used these tomatoes in salads or in juicing or as a snack. Ripe and yet firm, the texture is fantastic. My fav recipe is cooking these with beaten eggs, add sugar, tomato ketchup and rice vinegar. Put some spring onions on top and enjoy with a bowl of rice. Heaven! 😋
