4 stars - very nice mushrooms, tasted like nothing other than mushrooms. VERY clean, didn't feel the need to wash them before putting into my pasta sauce. Was a good proportion of mushrooms for a 500gm pork mince sauce. I deducted a start because for $3.50, there could of been a bigger pack size, and I feel they could of been cut thicker. In saying that, they're the cheapest around. Purchased at Aldi in Waterloo NSW 2017. I particularly like my mushrooms cut thick for sautaeing purposes. Better flavour...
