I find this (Ibuprofen) works for me, while other active ingredients don't. Don't get me wrong; it takes an hour or two in a quiet environment to work, but it is quite effective. You'll have to find what works for you, but if Ibuprofen works, you're nowhere near a pharmacy and close to an Aldi, then this is for you!! Of course, follow the directions and don't exceed the maximum!! After 4 hours take two more tablets if necessary. After 8 hours, if your headache hasn't cleared, you should see a doctor or pharmacist. Also consider your sleeping patterns, whether you work in a noisy environment, etc. But basically, these are very effective for me!
