Salmon 460 gm pack has 4 pieces of salmon with grreat flavour just pan fried. You can season with your own herbs ans spices to your taste . Sometimes i cook in the oven add my sauce and cook for 20 minutes. Salmon fish contains protein.a little fat and those beneficial omega 3 fatty acid so healthy for my meal .
