cheapest salmon about and a pretty good cut also, Aldi salmon probably fish farms but you don't want to just take everything out of the natural environment do you? always fresh and keeps for a fair while, having all the ways you normally have salmon baby breaded or just fried I like it in the oven with some lemon and thyme. 1599 is a normal price at the moment but it can get a bit cheaper if you're lucky.
