4 salmons that are a great size. They are delicious. I made with honey and soy sauce and cooked for 20 minutes for a delicious juicy crispy salmon

Lovely fillet, rich colour, cooks well. Easy to use and versatile, healthy. I do however think that the fish may be artificially colored which is a concern.

Great tasting salmon. Cooked best on the grill and crispy. Best served with aioli and lemon on the side with dinner.
