4 delicious salmon with skin on. you can have the option to buy with skin off however I prefer the skin on. you can purchase it plain or with seasoning on it already. I bought plain and added soy, honey and garlic to it and pop in the air fryer for 25 minutes for a crispy finish.

good source of protein. you can cook it or eat it raw in sushi, which I prefer. it’s really a good option to change a bit the usual protein like chicken.

it taste ok, but I’m pretty sure it’s farmed fish (I have not verified this information) which it isnt ethical and frankly a bit gross.

Salmon fillets are Australian product and responsible source.They are good source of omega 3 also containing a source of protein with no added preservatives ,colours or flavours. Just pan fry and make a great healthy meal .Can also be oven baked or air fry .

this salmon is very fresh. it is orange.the colour is very attractive.it contains lots of omega 3. it is a health food.I slow cook this salmon.it is very yummy.
