This mild olive oil is very healthy and perfect taste Good for salads as well as Depp frying especially chicken A bit pricey compared to vegetable or canola oil but you pay for the health benefits

I was purchasing the name brand oil but as it’s become quite expensive I was looking for alternatives and came across this one. I use olive oil to cook with and this is never let me down. I will be continuing to purchase this oil. Give it a go.
