Photo Review of Imperial Grain Jasmine Rice 250g

imperial grain Jasmine Fragrant White Rice is a pantry staple for me. It is so convenient - heat for 90 seconds and you have rice for 2 serves of curry or stirfry. As I am usually only cooking for 1 - for mysrlf - I find this the most cost effective way of buying rice, and an used portion freezes well. I have recently found that I can also use Impetial Jasmine Rice to make a cheats risotto - though it is not medium or short grain rice, by adding liquid when the rice is cooking, it releases starch and cooks up creamy, whilst still retaining a bite in the grains.
