We use minced beef like this Jindurra Station 5 Star Beef Mince from Aldi regularly to make meals such as pasta sauce, Mexican tortilla filling and lasagne. It is tasty and a lot lower in fat content than some other minced beef. It is also in a 500g pack, which is the perfect size for almost all the recipes I use it for, and reasonably priced. I used this one to make spaghetti bolognaise with.

good quality mince, we buy a few of these when we can and freeze them or batch cook with them. Seem to have minimal fat in them
