Apple Royal Gala is my favourite fruit. They are crunchy and sweet. Usually I eat them as snack but also I add them on cakes, Pies and smoothies. They are very rich in fiber, vitamins and antioxidants giving you a lot health benefits. I recommend to eat this fruit everyday, it fill you up and they are low in calories and also they are very good value for money.
