Celery has been a staple in my work lunch salad for a few weeks now. It’s low in calorie, adds a crunchy texture and when paired with cucumber, tuna, olives, and a dressing of your choice, it becomes a quick and filling meal. Celery also goes great when dipped with peanut butter and sultanas as a snack. A childhood favourite

Celery sticks sometimes I find they are a little bit more expensive to buy this way so I don’t buy them that often unless I know that I can use them up in a casserole having with dip or the reason that I’ve actually bought them for which was my Waldorf salad so sometimes you’ve just gotta think if they’re the ones that you wanna buy, but I do love the crunch in my salad
