This is a fridge snack, staple in our house simply because it is easy to grab and eat and keep things healthy. I keep mine in a little bit of water to keep it nice and crispy.

I used these in a gumbo that I made but also slatheted in peanut butter. they are a decent size stalk compared to the bunches, easier and smaller to store in the fridge. the only downside is that some of them are fairly damaged and just not as appealing to eat than if you bought a full stalk
