apples are tasty but a few were bruised and didn’t taste as fresh. fine for a supermarket shop but local farmers market apples are much nicer

Pink Lady apples are the perfect snack size. I also like them as whole stewed apples - peel, core, leave while, place in bowl ( core hole at top), add a bit of water in centre where core was, microwave on high for 2 minutes, serve with icecream. such an easy dessert.
