This bacon from Aldi is so good. It's not as thick so fresh up really well and has a great flavour. There is also a maple version too which is also very nice.

Really good shortcut bacon — meaty, not too fatty, and crisps up well in the pan. Great flavour and perfect for brekkie. Only downside is it’s a little salty, so a slightly less salty option would be even better.
