These are good quality short cut bacon, nicely packed in 175gm per pack. There were 5 thick slices of bacon in the pack. I just pan.fry them both sides till golden brown for a few minutes and are ready to eat. The lovely bacon smell fills the whole house. I make a bacon sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes, with a slice of pickled beetroot. Great breakfast, so yummy and easy to prepare.
