bstar beef mince.i use it to make hamburgers for lunch for the family,I mix the mince with minced onions,garlic,breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, tasty and moist.i also make spaghetti meat balls or spaghetti bolanaise which the kids love.its a 3 star rating.has some fat in it and slightly oily when I cook it for taco fillings
