instructions are very accurate and easy to follow. you can tell the veggies have been snapped frozen and they taste really nice and fresh. Each serving is a good size serving for an adult or two children. Great to put with some meat for dinner. Nice cooking and easy meal.

These quick steam vegetables are a quick go to, to complete any meal. Easy to prepare by placing a pouch into microwave for 3 minutes to steam.

Great addition to a protein meal. Very convenient & efficient particularly when I am usually cooking for one. It's not worth the time to peel & steam all the differently veggies, so these frozen packets are the perfect solution.
