no surprises, it tastes and looks as it should. we had it raw in a salad and its flavours were strong and fresh. easy to cut and peel. some people might find the flavour too strong / stingy cos of its rawness but I like it.

classic red onion is a great addition to salad pasta and anything new put a brown on Yun in for people who like the onion a bit sweeter and less tart. eat a cook it and release all the sweetness slice finally for sandwiches. my kids complain about the brown onion but somehow the red onion is fine with them.
