good quality onions from Aldi, if you buy them in the net rather than individually they're a little bit cheaper but beware they are usually smaller variety, depending on the season they will be small or big in onion season they will be roughly the size of the bigger ones they're a bit more expensive so it's definitely a good option then, Aldi fruit and veg is pretty good regardless and the onions keep for a long time.

Fresh and firm onions with good flavor when cooked. They lasted well and were great for everyday meals. A few were a bit small and the skins were slightly dry, but overall good value.
