These brown onions were fresh, firm, and a good size with no soft spots or mould. The skins were dry and intact, and they peeled easily without too much waste. They have a nice strong flavour that works well for cooking, whether sautéing, roasting, or using in soups and sauces. The 1kg bag lasted well when stored in a cool, dry place and stayed fresh for over a week. Overall, good quality and great value for everyday cooking.
