Mushrooms cups good with vitamins. I cook them in a stir fry, or fry them in some butter and have them with scrambled eggs, or I make a vegetarian olmette with mushrooms. I also add them to salads. I also love eating them raw. I make also a creamy sauce add mushrooms, for a Italian sauce.

Fresh Mushrooms available at Aldi at a lower price compared to its competitors. easy to cook with it and don't go bad very quickly. also a very good fungus to use in pastas and other dishes.

I use them to make mushroom soup or saute and add on pizzas, or make a mushroom sauce for steak. Their flavour is mild so they absorb other flavours well. These are best cooked with garlic and butter instead of any oil.

The cup mushrooms were really good quality—firm, fresh, and clean. Used half the punnet in a vegetarian lasagna last night and they cooked down beautifully without going slimy. Great to have on hand for quick meals, definitely a punnet I’d buy again.
