I love these mushrooms. At first glance they looked super clean. So that means no firings them. They are a lovely clean whit / cream color. No marks or bruises. They were firm to touch and not slimy. So they were quite fresh. The taste was earthy especially when eaten raw. I love cooking these in butter and lots of onions. They are super versatile and healthy.
