Very good quality mushrooms ,a super food.Full of minerals and highly nutritious. Use them for soups, pasta with white sauce or just include them in your daily meals as toppings for pozza or sandwitch. Great food choice for vegetarians to add to their daily dose offibre and protein , which is also good substitute for meats. They ere low in calories and high in B vitamins.

Mushrooms for breakfast with eggs & toast, yumm. perfect size to slice or dine & ass to any meal. I like them cut into quarters fried in a hot pan, so good.
