good quality mushroom cups. Fresh and last a while. Good source of protein, they don't call mushrooms meat for vegetarians for no reason.

These White Cup Mushrooms from Coles are fresh and tasty, and they are useful in so many dishes. I will use these in a beef stroganoff, but I also put them in pastas, soups, stir fries and other dishes.
