these mushrooms are fresh and clean. very little bruising and are packed well. super healthy and have an earthy taste. very versatile can be eaten raw or cooked. packed with vitamins and high in fiber. I do however think it will be better to pack them in a paper bag to keep them fresh.

500g whole white button mushrooms from Aldi. A great versatile mushroom to put in lots of different recipes. I like to dice them very finely to disguise in dishes so that my children don’t notice that they’re getting some extra veg. These ones are cheaper per/kg compared with the other mushroom choices at Aldi. A new staple in our house!

Button mushrooms have a mild, versatile taste that goes well with lots of savoury dishes. Contains fibre and some B vitamins Easy to roast, pan-fry, add to pasta, omelettes, risotto, toast, stir-fries Cons They can go slimy quickly if stored wet Absorb oil fast when cooking Fresh mushrooms don’t last as long as many vegetables Keep refrigerated in a paper bag to prevent them getting slimy

Good value for money and quality product. I dislike all the plastic used for the product. Very unnecessary. They could use a cardboard tray.

These The Good Stuff White Cup Mushrooms from Aldi are fresh and tasty, and they are reasonably priced. I used some in a pasta dish and I will use the others in a beef stroganoff and another chicken dish.
