Mushrooms give us health benefits, good source of vitamins and minerals. Low in calories, rich in nutrients, & fits any meals. It’ s rich in mineral and electrolytes which may help lower high blood pressure.However some varieties are toxic and potentially poisonous, so mushrooms should only be consumed from reliable sources and properly cooked for nutritional absorption.
