Very Nutritious Mushrooms are low in calories but high in micronutrients. They contain B-vitamins (like niacin and riboflavin), selenium, copper, and other minerals. 2. Low-Calorie, Low-Fat According to nutrition data, 200 g of mushrooms is very light in energy — about 44 kcal in some databases. 3. Versatility These mushrooms can be used in lots of dishes: stir-fries, pasta sauces, risottos, soups, or even raw in salads. MushBoom (a mushroom producer) recommends them for all those kinds of uses. 4. Good Source of Antioxidants & Prebiotic Fibre Mushrooms contain bioactive compounds, including beta-glucans, and can help support gut health. 5. Low Sodium Naturally low in sodium, making them a healthy “bulk up” option for meals without adding salt.

We love mushrooms in our house and these were very tasty. Good size and nice and fresh.

Cup mushrooms have white caps with soft gills underneath. They're good for grilling, sauteing, stuffing and barbecuing. Mushrooms are high in many of the B-group vitamins and contain biotin, folate and some dietary fibre.

I've been incorporating these into my Tuscan meatball sauce, specifically to help bulk up the portion. I found the packaging to be quite generously sized, and the meatballs themselves seem very fresh and well-packaged.

I love these cup mushrooms , they are big and fresh and the pricing is not too much different compared to the local shop , I cook with fried rice or pasta
