I like using the cup mushrooms when making bees stroganoff. I prefer buying them over the precut mushrooms. They also seem to last longer than the precut mushrooms

Cup mushrooms you can do so much with them, I saute them add to an omelet, side dish for breakfast meal, stuffed mushrooms or just in a salad. Mushrooms are full of vitamins. Kids also love them in there omletes. Unfortunately they don't last long in the fridge once you buy them
