The quantity is just right for one cooking for the family consumption to avoid spoilage. It is not dirty so it doesn't need to wash that much as the water washes the vitamins. The price is fair. The consequence is that fresh mushrooms are not good for long storage.

I often buy the Aldi 200g punnet of mushrooms, as they seem to keep very well covered in the plastic wrap for a few days (any longer and they need to be put into a paper bag). Anyway, very convenient and fresh.
