The frozen salmon was surprisingly good! The fillets were a nice size and held up well during cooking, staying moist and flaky. The flavour was clean and fresh-tasting, especially for frozen. Really convenient to keep in the freezer for a quick, healthy dinner. Works great baked, pan-seared, or even in pasta. A solid choice that I’ll definitely buy again.
