I purchased this at Cole’s and it’s inexpensive. It’s a great way to add extra veggies into my family’s diet and it’s very versatile and can be used in a lot of dishes. it has a sweet earthy flavour and creamy middle texture.

Redkidney beans in a can is a very good value for money at Aldi. It is very handy to staple them in your pantry. They are already cooked, so you just open the can and they are ready to be eaten. You can add them in soups, salads and pasta. They are very nutritious. They are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals contributing to build up a good immune system. You have to make sure that they are very well cooked, if they are raw they have a toxin that could be dangerous for your health. I highly recommend this product.
