A really great tasting kidney bean that is good for you and the family. You can add it to casseroles or salads and it helps keeps you full. Full of vitamins, these are great for the whole family and are great value.

Cheap and surprising versatile. Kidney beans are well hydrated but hold their shape, not at all mushy. My partner enjoys them in salads and soups whereas I prefer them in easy desserts such as Vietnamese 3 colour.

Healthy source of (non-animal) protein, good source of fibre, low sodium. Add to mince to bulk up and add fibre, good in Mexican cuisine instead of black beans or refried beans.
