red kidney beans also very versatile, they have a firm texture, full of high in protein and high in fibre.i love making salads and adding them to salads.use them for a vegetarian taco filling or also for chilli and I put them in soups.taste hearty and creamy but they hold there shape in slow cook dishes I do.I also add them to chilli con carne which my daughter loves.
