I bought these Cake Stall Lamington Fingers on sale at Aldi as I hadn’t tasted lamingtons for years and really fancied them. While nothing can compete with my childhood memories of a fresh fundraising lamington, these were pretty tasty. In fact, they were too tasty, and I lost control and can never buy them again! They were very messy to eat, with coconut everywhere, but it was worth it!

great tasting lamington. the ratio of chocolate coating to sponge is great. they stay soft in the packet for a number of days and great for kids lunch boxes. the sponge is nice and soft

These lamingtons are very lite, well sized for a little snack. They have minimal calories so don’t feel too guilty having multiple. I like to keep mine in the fridge.They’re a great size to fit in lunch boxes or to eat on the go.

only 60 calories per slice,light and yummy. perfect snack or after meal dessert with out feeling guilty
