The minced pork is particulary good for making dumplings. Put some soy sauce and white pepper and stri it. You may add some spring onions if you like. Then deep fried the dumplings.

we only buy our pork mince at Aldi! great price and quality and also love that it comes in an 800g pack! would love it if it was a 1kg pack, as we love to split and freeze in ziplock bags to portion sizes to make it quick and easy to use.

I recently bought the 3 Star Pork Mince 800g and overall it’s a good everyday option. The portion size is generous and works well for family meals like stir-fry, dumplings, meatballs or pasta sauce. The meat was fresh with a nice pink colour and didn’t have any unpleasant smell when opened.

Nice pork mince from Aldi. It is very fresh and tender after cooked. I like to make pork patties with it, and they are so juicy. I really like this 800g value pack, which is perfect for a larger family. Price us cheaper than the ones from Coles or Woolies too.
