The pork mince is so good for making meatballs. Just add some soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper powder for seasoning and cook the meatballs for 20 minutes with tomato soup. If you like cheese, you may put some into the soup.

I bought it when it was on special. it was cheaper than butcher 10/kg too. I bought 2 boxes for homemade dumplings.

The minced pork is particulary good for making dumplings. Put some soy sauce and white pepper and stri it. You may add some spring onions if you like. Then deep fried the dumplings.
