Fresh beef cut in strips so very handy to make Asian stir fried beef with vegetables. The meat aren’t cut in same size makes it hard to cook evenly.

I've been buying this for a long time and mixing with chicken and vegetables. I don't stir fry but boil!! Sometimes it's a little bit streaked with grissle but usually quite good quality!! It is usually longer and thinner than my current batch (photo inc., with chicken, carrots, etc). One concern, though easily managed, is that after you put the beef in the boiling water (don't bother about this concern if you will actually stir fry) the fat content can boil over and extinguish the flame. So keep your eyes on the pot!! But all-in-all I've found it to be good quality beef!!
