Temano diced tomatoes Italian. Full of flavour and thick. 4.5 star health rating. Made from 100 percent Italian tomatos. No artificial colors or flavours or preservatives. 99 percent fat free, low energy and sugar. Made in Italy. Love using them in Italian cooking especially bolognaise and a vegetarian sauce. Also cook in Italian chicken dishes.

Cheap but FANTASTIC. I use it in my chilli my pasta sauce and everything in between. It’s versatile and I don’t know why more people aren’t buying this brand. Very rich in flavour

I used Aldi's Romano Diced Tomatoes in a slow-cooked osso bucco and was genuinely impressed. The tomatoes were rich, had a deep red colour, and tasted fresh without being overly acidic or watery — a common issue with some budget tins. Compared to Coles or Woolworths' home brand versions, Romano held up exceptionally well in flavour and consistency, especially after hours in the slow cooker. Best of all, they're significantly cheaper — usually 20–40 cents less per can, which adds up if you're cooking in bulk or regularly use tinned tomatoes. Excellent value and performance for a simple pantry staple. Highly recommended for stews, sauces, and slow cooks.
