These beef Dim Sims are a great staple item to have in the freezer. They make a great snack on a busy day. Just ten minutes on the steamer and they are done. They taste great with sweet soy sauce and maybe Sriracha if one wants something spicy. Occasionally we deep fried them on special occasions too. They are probably really bad for us but man they are delicious!
