such a great green that can be seasoned to your preference! my husband loves it and i can put it with every dinner. even better when on sale but original price isn’t bad either

Stems are tender, not woody. Florets hold their shape when steamed or stir-fried-no mush. Mildly sweet with a clean finish, no sulphur stink. Good in a pan with garlic or steam and drizzle with sesame oil.
