It is effective for sneezing, runny nose watery and itchy eyes symptoms. You should take only one tablet a day with my experience. I had a hayfever and I would like to get better pretty soon because of I have to work then I took three tablets a day then I was starting Shivering and shaking and feel like vomiting and would really like to lie down on the floor. I was sweating so hard I will say that it is effective in a good way, however, do not overdose the medicine so read the instruction carefully and do not wish to get better sooner than it was written on the back side of the box.
